NOTICE: 
	This License Agreement ("the License") is a legal agreement
	between Mike Lansberry ("the Author") and you (individual or legal entity)
	for use of the phpCOIN software package ("phpCOIN"). 
	
	By installing or otherwise using phpCOIN, you agree to be bound by the
	terms of the License. If you do not agree with the terms of the License,
	do not install and remove all copies from your possession.
	
	The Author has granted you the rights and restrictions as defined below, 
	and retains the right to terminate the License at any time for violations
	of the terms.


1.0 COPYRIGHT:

	By accepting the License, you acknowledge that no claim to the content
	or intellectual property contained within phpCOIN is granted to you.
	The Author retains all title and ownership rights of phpCOIN.

	
2.0 RIGHTS GRANTED AND RESTRICTIONS:

	2.1 Based solely on the acceptance in whole of the License, the 
		following non-transferrable and non-exclusive rights have been 
		granted to you when using phpCOIN.
		
		2.1.1	You may install and run the software as intended.
		
		2.1.2	You may alter the software code as desired for personal use.
		
		2.1.3	You may create additional functionality in the form of
				modules, themese, etc and distribute these items unrestricted.
				This means you may obtain financial compensation for these 
				modules if desired.
		
		2.1.4	You may obtain financial compensation for sevices related to
				the installation, customization, or hosting services related
				to phpCOIN. But you must clearly indicate the software is
				provided free of charge.


	2.2 Based solely on the acceptance in whole of the License, the 
		following restrictions are in effect when using phpCOIN.
		
		2.2.1	You may not redistribute phpCOIN, in any form, for a fee
				or financial compensation of any kind.

		2.2.2	You may not under any circumstances edit or remove the credit
				or copyright text in the header of each file.

		2.2.3	You may not redistribute core package software without 
				expressed written consent from the Author.
				
		2.2.4	You mat not edit the code to modify / remove the "Powered By phpCOIN"
				statement from the final html output, without expressed written 
				consent from the Author. Can be extended to permit theme designer link.

		2.2.5	You mat not edit the code to modify / remove the
				'<meta name="generator" content="phpcoin">' html output from
				the package.

		2.2.6	You may not, in any manner, convey to others that the Author
				of this software is anyone other than defined above.
		
		2.2.7	You may not remove portions of phpCOIN code for the
				purpose of creating standalone scripts.

		2.2.8	You must upload this file with your phpCOIN install, in the
				/docs folder to permit version / license verification.


3.0 NO WARRANTY:

	3.1 phpCOIN is supplied "as is" and is provided with NO WARRANTY
		of ANY kind.


4.0 NO LIABILITY:

	4.1	The entire risk of as to the usability and performance of phpCOIN
		is assumed by you. 
		
	4.2	The Author is in no way liable for any damages of any kind.


5.0 SEVERABILITY

	5.1 In the event of invalidity of any provisions of this License, you shall
		agree that such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the other
		provisions of this License. 


6.0 ENTIRE AGREEMENT

	6.1 This License is the entire agreement between you and the Author and
		supersedes any prior agreement or understanding relating to the subject
		matter of this License. 


7.0 GOVERNING LAW

	7.1 This License shall be governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, USA
		and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pennsylvania courts.
